Retail Store Manager (premium Showroom)

Greetings from VAS INDIA CONSULTING!!! We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at a premium retail store located in Chennai. As an Assistant Store Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive the store's success by increasing sales, revenue, and profitability. You will also be in charge of maintaining a welcoming ambience and ensuring effective visual merchandising of the showroom. Customer service is a key focus of this role, and you will be expected to provide top-notch service to customers while also working on expanding the customer database. A strong background in retail merchandising, particularly with multi-designer products, is essential for this position. Additionally, you should have excellent team management skills to lead and motivate the store staff effectively. Candidates applying for this role must have prior work experience in multi-designer retail outlets. You will be responsible for coordinating with designers regarding stock management and curation. Strong communication skills are crucial for this role to ensure smooth operations and interactions with both customers and team members.
