We are looking for dynamic and multitasking individuals to join our team as Retail Store Executive. This role involves both sales and cashier duties, ensuring flexibility and constant coverage on the sales floor and at the checkout counter Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. Providing personalized styling advice and recommendations based on customer preferences. Guiding customers to new arrivals, promotions, and special offers. Driving individual and store sales targets. Building strong client relationships and fostering loyalty. Maintaining the store's aesthetic and visual appeal by ensuring shelves, racks, and displays are well-stocked, organized, and clean. Skills & Qualifications: Strong sales and customer service skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for fashion and an understanding of luxury retail trends. Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems. Availibilty to work in flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays. EXPERIENCE IN FASHION RETAIL INDUSTRY IS A PLUS
