Retail Store Associate - ROYCE Chocolate

As a Store Supervisor at Burgundy Brand Collective, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer service experience is delivered consistently. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer concerns tactfully, providing feedback to the Store Manager for process improvement, managing retail operations such as cash handling, inventory control, and shelf life maintenance. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating management reports to monitor performance and contribute to merchandising plans, executing store opening and closing protocols efficiently, leading store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, and overseeing e-commerce order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate processing. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess 2-5 years of experience in Retail Sales, excellent customer handling and communication skills, and a high level of organization and structure in your approach to engagements. You will be part of a dynamic team in Mumbai, reporting to the Store Manager.
