Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Sales Excutive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations to meet their expectations.

*Key Responsibilities*

1. *Provide exceptional customer service*: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

2. *Meet sales targets*: Achieve individual and team sales goals by actively promoting products, offering personalized recommendations, and processing transactions efficiently.

3. *Maintain product knowledge*: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

4. *Process transactions and handle cash*: Operate a point-of-sale system, handle cash, credit card transactions, and returns or exchanges.

5. *Maintain store appearance*: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, including merchandising and restocking shelves.

6. *Collaborate with colleagues*: Work effectively with other sales associates, managers, and support staff to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.

*Requirements*

1. *Education*: Any Graduate or BBA / Bachelor degree in retail management preferred.

2. *Experience*: Minimum 1 year previous retail sales experience must.

3. *Skills*:

* Basic computer skills ( MS Excel)

* Good Communication skills

* MS Excel knowledge.
