As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations to meet their expectations. - Provide exceptional customer service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. - Meet sales targets: Achieve individual and team sales goals by actively promoting products, offering personalized recommendations, and processing transactions efficiently. - Maintain product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. - Process transactions and handle cash: Operate a point-of-sale system, handle cash, credit card transactions, and returns or exchanges. - Maintain store appearance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, including merchandising and restocking shelves. - Collaborate with colleagues: Work effectively with other sales associates, managers, and support staff to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment. Requirements: - Education: Any Graduate or BBA / Bachelor degree in retail management preferred. - Experience: Minimum 1 year previous retail sales experience required. - Skills: - Basic computer skills (MS Excel) - Good Communication skills - MS Excel knowledge.
