As a Sales Associate in our jewellery store, your main role will be to engage with customers, provide expert product knowledge, and ensure smooth store operations. You will have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients, meet sales targets, and maintain a secure and compliant environment. Your qualifications and background will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome customers warmly and understand their preferences to offer personalized recommendations. - Demonstrate expertise in various jewellery types and explain product details, certifications, and care instructions. - Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques. - Assist in maintaining attractive displays, handle transactions accurately, and monitor stock levels. - Follow strict security protocols when handling jewellery and maintain accurate sales records as per company policies. Qualifications: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets. - Knowledge of jewellery trends, materials, and craftsmanship. - Attention to detail and ability to handle luxury items carefully. - Basic computer and POS system skills. Preferred Background: - Prior retail or luxury sales experience in jewellery, watches, or fashion. - Familiarity with hallmarking, diamond grading, and certifications. - Multilingual ability is an advantage in diverse customer markets.
