Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Representative, located in Hazaribag. The Retail Sales Representative will be responsible for daily interactions with customers, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and driving sales. Duties include managing secoundary sales of distributor, ensuring a positive Tc Pc, addressing customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy retail environment
• Previous experience in FMCG or retail industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales, business, or related field is an advantage
