As a Store Sales Incharge at our location in Coimbatore, you will be responsible for various key duties. Your role will involve welcoming every walk-in customer with warmth and professionalism, engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommending suitable products, and striving to achieve personal and store-level sales targets. Building loyal customer relationships to ensure return visits will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain the cleanliness of the store, ensure attractive display aesthetics, and organize the stock efficiently. Handling POS operations and entering daily sales data accurately will be part of your routine tasks. Furthermore, you will play a role in assisting with store events, promotional campaigns, and visual merchandising activities. As the Store Sales Incharge, it will be essential for you to handle customer queries, feedback, and issues gracefully, providing a high level of customer service at all times. This role is a full-time, permanent position with a compensation package that includes a yearly bonus. The work schedule will be during day shifts, and the work location will be in-person.
