Sales & Customer Service

• Welcome and engage customers to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Present suitable product offerings and guide customers through the purchase decision process.
• Prepare product estimates, process billing, and complete sales transactions accurately.
• Achieve category-wise sales targets for the assigned section.
• Assist customers with product returns, repairs, and after-sales service requests.
• Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and driving store revenue growth.

Store Operations & Inventory Management

• Adhere to all store operating procedures, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Support cost-control and savings initiatives within the store.
• Maintain accurate stock records by monitoring opening and closing inventory on a daily basis.
• Report sold stock and coordinate timely stock replenishment.
• Ensure products are displayed attractively and in line with visual merchandising standards.
• Transfer inventory to designated storage/lockers at the end of the day as per process.
• Safeguard merchandise and promptly report any potential theft, loss, or security concerns.
• Monitor slow-moving and dead stock and work with the Store Manager to minimize inventory aging.
• Support Marketing, VM (Visual Merchandising), and other support teams in store initiatives to improve compliance and customer footfall.
• Build and maintain professional relationships within the retail ecosystem to stay informed about industry best practices and market trends.

Customer Feedback & Complaint Resolution

• Collect and communicate customer feedback to relevant corporate teams to enhance customer experience and store performance.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally in accordance with company guidelines.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
