Roles and Responsibilities

Oversee optical sales and merchandising to drive business growth.
Manage store operations, including inventory management, shrinkage control, and team handling.
Ensure effective store management practices are followed to maintain high standards.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile
