Sales Executive - IRTH Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement:

  Greet and interact with store visitors to understand their lifestyle, utility needs (e.g., laptop compartments, organizers, key leashes), and fashion preferences.

• Product Storytelling:

  Explain the functional design, materials (PU, leather finishes), and ergonomic features unique to IRTH bags.

• Sales Conversion:

  Guide customers smoothly through product selection, cross-selling matching accessories (wallets, clutches, organizers), and closing transactions at the POS (Point of Sale).

• Target Achievement:

  Meet or exceed monthly store and individual sales targets.

• Store & Stock Maintenance:

  Keep merchandise displays neat, track inventory levels, and stay updated on active brand promotions or seasonal drops.

• Customer Service & Retention:

  Handle queries, gather feedback, and ensure a premium brand experience aligned with House of Titan standards.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• Experience:

  2 to 6 years of experience in retail sales, fashion retail, or customer service (preferably with lifestyle, accessories, or apparel brands).

• Skills:

  Strong communication, active listening, fashion flair, and interpersonal skills.

• Aptitude:

  Target-driven mindset, customer-centric attitude, and willingness to work retail shifts/weekends.
