Retail Sales Manager Equity & Derivatives

You will be joining a leading technology-driven broking and trading firm as a Retail Sales Manager to drive the growth of the retail trading business. Your expertise in equity cash, derivatives, cash margin funding, and Margin Trading Facility (MTF) will be crucial in scaling high-volume retail trading operations effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Manage retail trading volumes and operate in fast intraday environments. - Lead sales or dealing teams in a performance-driven setup. - Utilize strong analytical skills, communication capability, and market awareness. - Ensure a strong understanding of F&O, equity cash markets, margin systems, MTF, and cash margin funding operations. Qualifications Required: - 6-10 years of experience in retail broking, equity & derivatives sales, or trading desk roles. - Leadership experience in a similar environment. - NISM equity & derivatives certifications are preferred.
