Retail Sales Executive (Mobiles)

Role: Retail Sales Location: Hubli We are hiring a Retail Sales Executive/Trade-In Executive to manage and execute the device exchange/trade-in process at our retail store. This role requires basic technical knowledge of smartphones and laptops, excellent communication skills, and the ability to evaluate used devices and offer accurate trade-in pricing to walk-in customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Interact with walk-in customers looking to trade-in old devices (mobiles/laptops/tablets) 2. Inspect and evaluate devices based on physical condition, brand, model, and functionality. 3. Determine trade-in value using internal pricing guidelines or market-based tools. 4. Explain the trade-in process, offers, and terms clearly to customers. 5. Maintain logs of traded devices, pricing, and customer details. 6. Coordinate with backend teams for payment processing, approvals, or stock intake. 7. Ensure accurate tagging, packing, and handover of traded devices for further processing. 8. Meet daily/weekly trade-in targets. Requirements: 1. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in electronics retail, buyback, or mobile service store.  2. Basic knowledge of smartphones (iOS/Android), laptops, and their configurations. 3. Familiarity with trade-in apps/tools is a plus. 4. Good communication skills in Hindi and local languages. 5. Strong convincing power and Customer-friendly attitude with attention to detail.
