As a customer service representative at the jewellery shop, your role involves greeting and meeting customers upon their arrival. You will need to actively listen to their needs and provide comprehensive explanations to meet their requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for presenting the customers with the appropriate jewellery options and offering relevant information to assist them in their purchase decisions.
