Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly as they enter the store, engaging them in conversation and understanding their eyewear needs.Assist customers in selecting eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses, providing product information, recommendations, and demonstrations as needed.Use product knowledge and sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell products, maximizing sales opportunities.Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling, credit card transactions, and billing inquiries.Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and priced.Perform regular inventory checks, restock shelves, and assist with merchandise deliveries as needed.Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating to management as necessary.Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets, meet customer service goals, and ensure the overall success of the store.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask with attention to detail.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
