Customer Service: Greet customers, assist them in finding products, answer their questions, and build a positive customer experience. Sales & Promotions: Recommend products, explain features, and inform customers about sales and loyalty programs to drive sales. Transactions: Operate the POS system to process customer payments, handle returns, and issue receipts accurately. Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing by restocking shelves and arranging displays. Inventory Management: Assist with receiving new shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting low stock levels.
