Retail Sales Assistant

We are hiring a Retail Sales Executive to assist customers in finding the right products, provide excellent customer service, and help meet the store’s sales goals. You will be the face of the store and play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection.
• Provide detailed information on products, pricing, and offers.
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper display of products in the store.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve basic complaints.
• Process billing and handle cash/card payments if required.
• Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
• Support in stock-taking and store maintenance activities.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and new arrivals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree.
• 0–2 years of experience in retail sales preferred (Freshers can apply).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-friendly attitude with a positive mindset.
• Basic knowledge of billing systems is an added advantage.
• Language: Proficiency in [English + local language like Tamil, Hindi, etc.]
