Retail Sales Assistant

The Sales Assistant supports the sales team by assisting customers, maintaining product displays, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role plays a key part in achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
• Assist customers with product selection and answer basic product questions
• Process sales transactions accurately (cash, card, or POS systems)
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked displays
• Restock shelves and manage inventory levels
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally
• Support promotional activities and sales campaigns
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
