NOTE: LOCATION: SARJAPUR RD., BENGALURU. (Hours: 8-9 hours shift) ** Job Summary Responsible for providing guests with prompt, efficient and, courteous service. Making sure the smooth operation of the Laser Maze gaming activity, taking reservations, managing time slots, performing basic maintenance tasks, and making promotional announcements and interacting with potential customers. Responsibilities and Duties Greets customers as they enter the center. Assigns free time slots to customers, and manage a “Wait List” for slots when applicable. Keeps track of the progress of the activity and offer any assistance. Briefs and de-briefs about the activity and answers every query to make the rules clear. Handles inquiries carefully and effectively and make promotional announcements. Performs basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues related to the activity. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Working knowledge of computers preferred. Must be able to communicate proficiently in English. Must be able to communicate and work effectively with all Team Members. Must be able to convey a positive and professional image to Guests and Team Members. Must possess good organizational and judgment skills. Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, and special events.
