Retail Promotions Executive

Location: Siliguri (Field & Store-based)

Working Hours: 10 AM to 8:30 PM

Experience: 1–2 years in retail/event promotion preferred

Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000 + incentive

Reporting to: Store Manager / Marketing Head

Responsibilities:

• Organize and execute in-store events, mall activations, canopy stalls
• Distribute leaflets and plan local promotions to increase walk-ins
• Coordinate in-store branding and seasonal decorations
• Liaison with vendors for banners, standees, props
• Support influencer shoot planning and execution
• Maintain a weekly footfall and inquiry report

Skills:

• Local area knowledge of Siliguri and surrounding areas
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills
• Creativity and basic coordination for events
• Willingness to travel locally
