Key Responsibilities Develop and conduct training modules on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service for retail teams. Create engaging training materials, including presentations, videos, and role-play scenarios. Conduct in-store and virtual training sessions to enhance staff performance and brand representation. Assess training effectiveness through feedback, quizzes, and performance metrics. Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching abilities. Awareness of furniture and mattress industry trends is a plus. Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and remote training tools. Willingness to travel to retail Stores. Qualifications Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience in retail training or sales training, preferably in lifestyle or home goods. Strong presentation and facilitation skills with excellent communication skills. Ability to create compelling training content tailored to diverse teams. Knowledge of retail KPIs and customer engagement strategies. Proficiency in LMS platforms and MS Office Suite. Willingness to travel to retail locations as needed.
