Developing innovative product solutions and managing the regulatory filing process to ensure compliance. Job description Position Overview: The Relationship Manager (RM) in the Health Agency Business is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with health insurance agents, and key stakeholders. The RM plays a critical role in driving business growth by onboarding new agents, ensuring high engagement, and achieving sales targets for health insurance products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Agent Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new health insurance agents and partners. Train agents on health insurance products, sales techniques, and compliance requirements. Ensure agents have access to necessary sales tools, marketing materials, and digital platforms. 2. Business Development & Sales Growth: Drive the achievement of sales targets through agency channel partners. Develop and implement strategies to enhance agent productivity and retention. Monitor and analyze agent performance and provide necessary support for business expansion. 3. Relationship Management & Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with agents and ensure regular communication. Address concerns, queries, and operational challenges faced by agents.
