Retail Executive – Jewellery Division

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and customer focused Retail Executive with minimum 5 years of proven expertise in the jewellery sector. The role involves driving sales, delivering excellent customers services and maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Build & maintain strong relationship with HNI &VIP clients.

· Ensure seamless client experience from start to end.

· Assist customers in selecting jewellery and provide expert product knowledge.

· Drive Sales, achieve monthly targets, and ensure excellent customer’s service.

· Build and maintain strong client relationship for repeat and referral business.

· Handle Customers queries, complaints and after sales services (repairs resizing customization)

Skills Required:

§ Strong clienteling skills and the ability to build lasting client relationship.

§ Knowledge of Diamonds, gold gemstones & Hallmarking.

§ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

§ Fluent in English (Additional language are a plus).

§ Passion for Luxury craftsmanship, attention to detail and a deep appreciation for Jewellery design.

§ Professionally groomed & customers focused attitude.

· Experience Required minimum 5 Years in Jewellery retail Experience.

· Location – Delhi/ Gurugram

· Salary Range – 55000/
