Retail Excellence & Activation Executive

Role Overview: As a Marketing and Retail Audit Lead in the city, your main responsibility will be to oversee marketing and retail audit initiatives. You will be required to ensure that retail stores represent the brand effectively and maintain high standards of operations. Key Responsibilities: - Showcase Retail store as a brand at every retail store in the city - Study and maintain trackers for audit parameters for every store, focusing on timings, hygiene, housekeeping, and pitch - Manage, plan, and execute visual merchandising (VM) and visibility of current offers and new product line-up in stores - Generate ideas to increase organic footfall in stores and implement effective strategies - Collaborate with vendors for store maintenance and repair, serving as a one-stop solution for all store maintenance needs - Assist in auditing new stores during civil work before their launch Qualification Required: - Education level: Bachelor's degree and above - Experience of more than 2 years in a similar role - Proficiency in efficient data management and handling of trackers - Willingness and ability to travel for audits while strictly adhering to the laid-down rules Additional Details (if available): N/A,
