Job Role:

Retail Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily operations across multiple stores.
  • Coordinate stock allocation, replenishment & inter-store transfers.
  • Support store managers in achieving sales & operational targets.
  • Ensure SOPs and policies are followed across outlets.
  • Coordinate staff training programs and schedules.
  • Manage reporting on sales, stock & performance.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in Business / Retail Management or related field.
  • 24 years of retail operations/coordination experience (fashion/apparel preferred).
  • Strong communication & organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Pazo software preferred
