With a minimum of 1 year experience in Real Estate Leasing or Commercial Transactions, you will play a crucial role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging prospective clients for High Street & Mall Retail Leasing, Corporate Office Leasing, and Commercial Property Sale & Purchase. You will conduct client meetings, property site visits, and maintain an up-to-date inventory of commercial properties across Rajasthan. Negotiating terms with retailers, corporates, and investors, closing transactions with full documentation and possession handover, and building relationships with mall management, developers, brands, and corporates are key aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Real Estate Firms, Retail Brands, Mall Management, or Leasing Brokerage Firms. Strong negotiation and communication skills, along with a proven track record in closing commercial real estate deals, are essential.
