Retail Banking Specialist

You will be joining a renowned BANK with a focus on growth within the Retail Trade & Forex domain. As a PSM (Retail Trade and Forex RM), your role will be branch-aligned to deepen forex relationships. Your main responsibilities will include collaborating with the Product Sales Manager to provide customized Forex solutions at the branch level. You will be tasked with identifying, onboarding, and servicing new clients in various areas such as Remittances, Travel Forex, and EXIM FX. It will also be your responsibility to ensure that branches meet their Forex business targets, including volume, fee income, and customer growth. This position plays a vital role in executing the Forex strategy at the grassroots level, specifically at the branch interface. Your focus will be on customer acquisition and nurturing relationships to support the overall Forex business goals.
