Resume writer - Biodata Designer

We're looking for a skilled and creative Resume Designer to join our team. If you have a passion for visual storytelling and a knack for making professional documents stand out, this role is for you.

As a Resume Designer, you will be responsible for transforming standard resumes and CVs into visually compelling and professional documents. You'll work directly with clients to understand their career goals and personal brand, then use your design skills to create a unique and impactful representation of their professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Custom Resume Design: Create professional and modern resume and CV layouts that are visually appealing and easy to read.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their industry, experience, and career aspirations to tailor the design to their specific needs.
• Content and Narrative Development: Meticulously analyze a candidate's academic records, work experience, and achievements to craft a powerful narrative that highlights their merits.
• Industry-Specific Knowledge: Understand the content and keyword requirements of HR managers in diverse sectors such as Pharmaceuticals, Agrochemical, Seeds, Tractors, Building Materials, Information Technology, and Education to ensure resumes are tailored for maximum impact.
• Typography & Layout: Select appropriate fonts, colors, and layouts to ensure each resume is unique, professional, and optimized for both human readers and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Portfolio & Branding: Help clients create a consistent visual identity for their job applications, which may include cover letter templates and portfolio layouts.
• Software Proficiency: Use design software and online tools to produce high-quality, print-ready, and digital files.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of design work, especially resumes, portfolios, or professional documents.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills to effectively assess a candidate's background and communicate their value.
• Deep understanding of professional hiring practices and the specific requirements of HR managers in various industries.
• Expert-level proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator, as well as experience with popular online resume builders like Canva, Resume.io, Zety, or Novoresume.
• A strong understanding of typography, color theory, and professional design principles.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
