Pollution Control & Mitigation: Drive implementation of pollution control technologies (ESP, FGD systems, low NOx burners, etc.) in line with regulatory norms. Monitor performance and ensure regular maintenance of environmental control equipment. Audit & Risk Management: Conduct regular internal and third-party environmental audits and risk assessments. Implement corrective and preventive action plans to close audit findings. Lead emergency preparedness planning related to environmental incidents. Sustainability & ESG: Develop and promote environmental sustainability programs such as biodiversity conservation, carbon footprint reduction, and green energy initiatives. Key Skills & Competencies: In-depth knowledge of thermal power plant operations and their environmental implications.
