Job Description

Description We are looking for a skilled API Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing RESTful APIs that power our applications and services. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the APIs are efficient, scalable, and secure. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs to support various applications and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Maintain documentation for APIs, including specifications and usage guidelines. Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js. Strong understanding of RESTful architecture principles and best practices. Experience with API design and development frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Express.js). Familiarity with database technologies like SQL and NoSQL. Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger). Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT). Ability to work in an agile development environment and collaborate with teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
