Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management
  • Supervise front-of-house (FOH) staff (waiters, hosts, bussers).
  • Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and team coordination.
  • Train new employees and support ongoing development.
  • Customer Service
  • Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure consistent service quality.
  • Operations Oversight
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining and work areas.
  • Monitor food presentation and portion control.
  • Coordinate between kitchen and FOH teams.
  • Cash Handling
  • Oversee cash register and POS system during shifts.
  • Handle end-of-day closing procedures and daily reports.
  • Inventory & Supplies
  • Monitor stock levels of dining supplies (menus, napkins, condiments).
  • Report low stock or maintenance needs to the manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
