வேலைக்கான விளக்கம் – Opearations Manager (Sweets & Snacks)

சம்பளம்: அனுபவத்தை பொருத்து + Performance-based Incentive

பொது வேலைப் பொறுப்பு:

Sweets & Snacks கடையை independently manage செய்யும் திறன் உள்ள அனுபவமுள்ள Manager தேவை. Sales, Production இரண்டையும் பார்த்து கடையை முழுமையாக ஓட்ட வேண்டும். சென்னையில் master cook contact network இருக்க வேண்டும்.

முக்கிய பொறுப்புகள்:

* Daily Shop Operations - கடை திறக்கும் முதல், சுத்தம், counter sales, billing வரை முழு கவனமும் தேவை.

* Sales Handle & Improve - வாடிக்கையாளர் சந்தோஷமாக வாங்க key role play செய்ய வேண்டும். Offers & festival sales ideas welcome.

* Production Management - தினசரி sweets/snacks production யாருடன் செய்ய வேண்டும், time & taste maintain பண்ணணும். Master cooks கூட plan பண்ணி வேலை நடத்த வேண்டும்.

* Staff Handling - Sales boys, kitchen staff க்கு daily task assign பண்ணி manage பண்ண வேண்டும்.

* Raw Material Procurement - உண்டியலுக்கு தேவையான பொருட்கள் வாங்க vendors கூட contact maintain பண்ண வேண்டும்.

தேவையான அனுபவம் மற்றும் திறன்கள்:

* 3-10 years experience in sweets/snacks shop or similar food business
* Chennai-based master cook / kitchen team contact இருக்க வேண்டும்
* Sales & production management க்கு full knowledge* Customer handling skill & leadership* Basic system knowledge (billing, stock entry)

Pay: ₹15,420.00 - ₹30,891.55 per month
