Restaurant Server / Waiter - Evening Shift (12 PM - 12 PM) - EDM HashHouse

Are you a highly organized, friendly, and energetic individual with a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences? EDM HashHouse is a dynamic, high-energy restaurant known for its unique atmosphere and exceptional cuisine. We are looking for a dedicated and professional Restaurant Server to take orders and serve our guests during the crucial afternoon and early evening hours.

Shift Hours: 12:00 PM – 12:00 PM

Location: Kalamassery, Kochi preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take guest food and drink orders accurately.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the menu and answer guest questions.
• Check on tables regularly and respond quickly to guest needs.
• Process payments (cash and credit) and handle transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to run food and assist with basic tasks as needed.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently for the next service.
• Complete all assigned side work (opening/closing duties).
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area and server station.

✅ Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: +2 or Higher
• Experience: Fresher / Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to speak clearly, professionally, and courteously to diverse clientele.
• Professionalism: A polished, professional appearance and demeanor, with a naturally warm and welcoming personality.
• Availability: Must be consistently available to work the 12:00 PM – 12:00 PM shift, including weekends and holidays as required by the restaurant's schedule.
• Multitasking: Ability to remain calm, organized, and efficient under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
