Restaurant Order Taker

Ceylon Bake House is one of Kerala’s most trusted and long-standing restaurant brands, known for delicious food, quick service, and a friendly atmosphere. We’re now looking for an energetic and polite Order Taker to join our MG Road team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with menu selections for dine-in, takeaway, or phone orders
• Accurately record customer orders and enter them into the POS/billing system
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for timely order delivery
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure a pleasant dining experience
• Process payments via cash, card, or UPI
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the counter area
• Promote daily specials and combo offers
• Requirements
• Experience in restaurant or café order taking preferred (freshers can also apply)

Work Schedule

• 10–12 hour shifts
• Weekly off as per schedule
• Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English
• Customer-friendly attitude and neat appearance
• Basic computer or billing software knowledge
• Ability to handle busy hours and multitask
