Project Role :Responsible AI Advisor

Project Role Description :Develop strategies to ensure the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. Shape the strategic direction of guidelines, policies, and practices implementation to mitigate AI-related risks. Promote transparency, accountability, and align AI initiatives with the organizations values and legal requirements.

Summary:As a Responsible AI Advisor, you will develop strategies to ensure the ethical and responsible use of artificial intelligence technologies. Your typical day will involve shaping the strategic direction of guidelines, policies, and practices implementation to mitigate AI-related risks. You will promote transparency and accountability while aligning AI initiatives with the organization''s values and legal requirements, ensuring that all AI applications are utilized in a manner that is both ethical and compliant with relevant regulations. Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Facilitate training sessions to enhance team understanding of responsible AI practices.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented AI strategies and policies.
Professional Technical Skills:Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Responsible AI.

Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and guidelines.

Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to AI technologies.

Ability to communicate complex AI concepts to diverse audiences.

Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements surrounding AI usage.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Responsible AI.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
