Response Management Executive

You will be responsible for engaging with CXOs and senior executives from large enterprises across the country, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management. This will involve confidently interacting with C-suite executives, decision-makers, and senior stakeholders, managing inbound and outbound responses through various communication channels with professionalism, and drafting well-structured responses and proposals in a clear and compelling manner. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and coordination of meetings, and staying updated on industry trends to facilitate meaningful discussions with CXOs will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will maintain detailed records of interactions and prepare reports to track engagement effectiveness. You should have exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, confidence in engaging with CXOs and senior executives professionally, strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, and the ability to handle multiple conversations with clarity and precision. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be beneficial for this role.
