RESORT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management
• Oversee front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, recreation, spa, and maintenance departments.
• Ensure smooth check-in/check-out and overall guest experience.
• Maintain resort facilities and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Guest Relations
• Handle guest complaints, feedback, and requests promptly.
• Create a welcoming environment with personalized guest services.
• Maintain high guest satisfaction scores.
• Staff Management
• Recruit, train, and supervise resort staff across departments.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and manage workforce productivity.
• Motivate and guide employees to deliver exceptional service.
• Financial & Business Management
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Monitor revenues, expenses, and profit margins.
• Work on strategies to increase occupancy, F&B sales, and overall revenue.
• Sales & Marketing
• Coordinate with marketing teams to promote packages and offers.
• Build partnerships with travel agencies, event planners, and corporates.
• Ensure brand visibility through social media and digital platforms.
• Customer Experience & Activities
• Plan events, activities, and entertainment for guests.
• Ensure recreation, spa, and leisure services run smoothly.
• Introduce new experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Compliance & Standards
• Maintain legal, health, and safety compliance.
• Ensure quality service standards are followed in all departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,591.04 - ₹56,171.08 per month
