Residential Medical Officer

We are looking for 5 - 6 years of minimum experienced and dedicated Senior Medical Officer to lead our medical team at reputed Ayurveda resort. Depth knowledge of Ayurveda treatment, strong clinical skill and ability to manage team of therapist ensuring standard patient care and guest satisfaction.

• Supervise and manage daily clinical operations of the ayurveda treatment
• Conduct consultations, diagnose conditions, and design personalized treatment plans.
• Oversee implementation of prescribed therapies and treatments.
• Monitor guest progress and ensure effective communication between guests and the medical team.
• Coordinate with other departments (front office, housekeeping, food & beverage) for guest well-being.
• Maintain proper medical records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with resort policies and government healthcare standards.
• Participate in wellness program development and guest awareness sessions.
