Residential Marketing Executive

As a member of Integrated Studio, you will play a crucial role in expanding our landscape/garden modular solutions for residential spaces. Your responsibilities will include: - Promoting our Landscape/Garden Modular System to residential builders, architects, and property owners - Identifying new leads and nurturing them into long-term clients - Conducting site visits, product presentations, and demonstrations - Establishing and maintaining relationships with gated communities, villa projects, and apartment associations - Collaborating closely with the design and project execution teams To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals with the following qualifications: - 13 years of experience in marketing real estate, landscaping, or green building materials is preferred - Strong network within the residential construction segment, especially in Chennai and Hyderabad - Excellent communication, client handling, and follow-up skills - Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about sustainable solutions Integrated Studio offers attractive performance-based incentives and the opportunity to work with a design-forward, eco-conscious company.
