**Job Description:** As an Interior Design Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their design preferences, and presenting tailored interior design solutions. Your role will involve presenting design proposals, negotiating prices, and securing sales to achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas. Additionally, you will collaborate with designers to develop cohesive and functional solutions while providing sales support by offering design expertise during client presentations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Client Interaction: Engaging with potential clients to understand their design preferences. - Sales: Presenting design proposals, negotiating prices, and securing sales. - Design Collaboration: Working with designers to develop cohesive solutions. - Relationship Building: Establishing strong relationships with clients, homeowners, developers, and business partners. - Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. - Sales Support: Providing design expertise and support during client presentations. **Qualifications Required:** - Previous experience in interior design sales or a related field. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with a design team. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Knowledge of interior design trends and styles is a plus. Please note that this is a full-time position with a compensation package that includes a performance bonus. The work schedule is on a day shift basis, and the work location is in person. ,
