Position: Full-time, Residential

Career Point Gurukul Kota is hiring Residential Hostel Wardens (Male & Female) to manage hostel operations and ensure the safety, discipline, and well-being of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hostel operations, discipline, and student welfare
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in hostel premises
• Supervise hostel staff and manage attendance/records
• Handle student concerns, emergencies, and parent coordination
• Ensure smooth functioning of routines (wake-up, study hours, meals, lights-off)

Eligibility:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2–5 years of experience preferred (freshers with good discipline may apply)
• Strong communication, leadership & problem-solving skills
• Must be willing to stay on campus full-time
