Urgent: AGM / Sr. Manager : EV Segment Head @ Mumbai / Pune / Delhi Our client is on the forefront of offering Electromechanical & Electronic components with a focus on developing a world-class product-mix , since 1981. They have developed the strength in the design, development & manufacturing of a wide range of products in line with the customers requirement, encompassing major OEMs globally. As a part of its growth strategy the Company is looking to induct experienced & talented Electric Vehicle (EV) Segment Head Location : Mumbai/Pune/Delhi This is a senior position focused on developing & implementing sales & marketing strategies to drive the growth of our EV Connectors business. The person will work closely with the Engineering & Regional Sales teams & collaborate with the marketing department to achieve sales targets, build strong customer relationships, & enhance brand awareness. Qualifications & Skills: BE / B.Tech. (Electrical, E&TC, Mechatronics, Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering) with 10 to 15 years of experience in sales & marketing in automotive / related relevant Industry Strong understanding of sales & marketing principles, strategies & techniques Demonstrated ability to develop & execute successful sales & marketing plans. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers & internal stakeholders. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, &make data-driven decisions. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Leadership & team management skills, with the ability to motivate & guide a sales team to achieve goals. Self-motivated, proactive, & able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Responsibilities: Develop & execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve business objectives & revenue targets for EV connectors. Identify ⌖ potential customers & market segments like EV Charger Manufacturers, OEMs, Automobile manufacturers to expand the customer base & increase sales. Build & maintain strong relationships with existing & new customers, addressing their needs & providing exceptional customer service. Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, & competitive positioning. Collaborate with the marketing & engineering teams to create effective marketing campaigns, promotional material, & digital content to enhance brand awareness & generate leads. Provide sales forecasts, market intelligence, & reports to the Management, highlighting key performance metrics, market trends & opportunities. Lead & motivate the sales team, setting segment sales targets, monitoring performance & providing coaching & support to achieve sales goals. Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, & networking events to establish the companys presence, build relationships, & generate leads. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the EV industry , including technological advancements, regulatory changes, & market trends, & incorporate them into sales & marketing strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, operations, & customer support, to ensure effective product launches, order fulfillment & customer satisfaction.
