Role & responsibilities:

Clinical Care:
Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
Patient Examination:
Conduct thorough physical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests to formulate accurate diagnoses.
Treatment Planning:
Develop and implement effective treatment plans, considering patient conditions and medical guidelines.
Emergency Response:
Respond to medical emergencies, providing immediate care and coordinating with emergency teams.
Collaboration:
Work closely with healthcare teams, specialists, and support staff to ensure integrated patient care.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Patient Education:
Communicate effectively with patients, explaining medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
Follow-up:
Ensure proper follow-up with consultants, including patient treatment, investigations, and emergency care when required.
Daily Rounds:
Conduct daily rounds with consultants and provide patient feedback.
Clinical Skills:
Demonstrate strong clinical skills, including the ability to diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
Communication Skills:
Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, healthcare teams, and other stakeholders.
Supervisory Skills:
Provide guidance and supervision to junior medical staff, interns, and medical students.
Continuous Learning:
Commit to ongoing professional development by staying updated on medical advancements and attending relevant training.
