Resident Medical Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our medical team in Surat. The RMO will be responsible for providing round-the-clock medical care to in-patients, monitoring treatment progress, coordinating with specialists, and ensuring high standards of clinical service. Key Responsibilities: Provide continuous medical cover and emergency care for in-patients. Monitor patient conditions, review treatment plans, and report significant changes to the senior consultants. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. Conduct ward rounds with consultants and implement their instructions. Ensure proper handover between shifts and maintain continuity of care. Assist in minor procedures and emergency management. Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment and progress. Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, patient safety, and hygiene standards. Qualifications & Skills: MBBS Degree or BHMS Degree 2 - 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting. Good clinical judgment and emergency response skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts including nights and weekends.
