Job Summary:

The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients, managing TPA-related documentation, and ensuring compliance with ECHS and CGHS protocols. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in clinical practice and administrative processes related to Third-Party Administrators (TPA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:
• Conduct routine and emergency medical assessments.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient care, including diagnosis and treatment.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• TPA, ECHS, and CGHS Coordination:
• Handle documentation and file work related to TPA, ECHS, and CGHS.
• Liaise with insurance companies and government health schemes for claim processing.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of required documents.
• Administrative Duties:
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical regulations.
• Participate in audits and quality assurance activities.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including specialists and nursing staff.
• Participate in clinical meetings and case discussions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MBBS and/or BAMS) from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration with the Medical Council of India or relevant state council.
• 3 to 5 years of clinical experience, preferably with exposure to TPA, ECHS, and CGHS processes.
• Proficiency in medical documentation and understanding of insurance claim procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Desirable Attributes:

• Familiarity with hospital information systems and electronic medical records.
• Training in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make informed decisions promptly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
