Job Description

As a Medical Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing patients' conditions under the supervision of senior doctors. You will attend to emergency and routine medical cases promptly and perform medical procedures such as IV insertions, catheterizations, wound dressing, etc. It will be your duty to document all patient interactions, including history, examinations, interventions, and follow-ups. Additionally, you will coordinate with various departments for diagnostics, treatments, and referrals and respond quickly and effectively to medical emergencies (e.g., code blue). Communication with patient relatives regarding condition updates as required will also be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring compliance with infection control and patient safety protocols is crucial. You will participate in clinical audits, ward rounds, and case discussions, and maintain availability for shift duties, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
