Job Title: Resident Medical Officer (RMO) – ICU

Location: Thane
Experience: Minimum 4 Years (ICU Experience Preferred)
Qualification: MBBS / BAMS / BHMS with ICU Experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Resident Medical Officer (RMO) for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The RMO will be responsible for delivering high-quality critical care services, ensuring continuous monitoring of patients, assisting intensivists, and promptly managing medical emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage critically ill patients under the supervision of ICU consultants/intensivists
• Perform clinical rounds, assess patient conditions, and update medical records regularly
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies within the ICU
• Assist in intubation, ventilator management, central line insertion, and other ICU procedures
• Ensure timely administration of medications and treatments as per protocols
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient case records and reports
• Communicate effectively with consultants, nursing staff, and patient families
• Participate in care planning, patient safety initiatives, and infection control compliance
• Provide support during code blue situations and CPR

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in ICU or critical care
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations
• Proficient in ICU procedures (airway management, ventilator support, fluid resuscitation)
• Sound knowledge of emergency protocols and ICU medications
• Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts including night duties

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per month
