Job Description

Role Overview: As a Residential Medical Officer for a reputed Tea Plantation Company in Megamalai, Theni dt (Tamilnadu), your primary responsibility will be to provide Primary Health Care to Plantation Workers and their families. You will also be expected to manage medical emergencies, occupational health & safety, and conduct health education sessions for the Plantation worker community. Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards, maintaining medical records and reports, as well as handling paramedical and other healthcare workers will be part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Provide Primary Health Care to Plantation Workers & their families - Manage Medical Emergencies, Occupational Health & Safety - Conduct Health Education sessions for the Plantation worker community - Ensure compliance with health & safety standards - Maintain medical records and reports - Handle the Paramedical & other healthcare workers Qualifications Required: - MBBS (General Physician) from a recognized institution - Adequate experience in handling Clinical & Public Health Setup with 10+ years - Age criteria: up to 50 years - Preference for female candidates only - Marital preference for married individuals ready to relocate to Plantations Additional Details: - Remuneration based on experience (negotiable) - Couple Doctors not required - Job transferable within Tea Estates Please note that the work location is in person.
