Resident Medical Officer Female

As a Residential Medical Officer for a reputed Tea Plantation Company, your role will involve providing Primary Health Care to Plantation Workers and their families. You will be responsible for managing Medical Emergencies, Occupational Health & Safety, and conducting Health Education sessions for the Plantation worker community. It will be your duty to ensure compliance with health & safety standards, maintain medical records and reports, as well as handle Paramedical and other healthcare workers. Key Responsibilities: - Provide Primary Health Care to Plantation Workers & their families - Manage Medical Emergencies, Occupational Health & Safety - Conduct Health Education sessions for the Plantation worker community - Ensure compliance with health & safety standards - Maintain medical records and reports - Handle Paramedical & other healthcare workers Qualification Required: - MBBS (General Physician) from a recognized institution - Adequate Experience in Handling Clinical & Public Health Setup with 10+ yrs - Age criteria: up to 50 years - Preference: Female candidates only - Marital Preference: Married person & ready to relocate to Plantations The remuneration for this position will be based on experience and is negotiable. Couple doctors are not required for this role, and the job is transferable within Tea Estates.
