Job Description

RMO Job Description (JD) Position: Resident Medical Officer (RMO) Location: AVISE Super Specialtyy Hospital powered by TRUE Hospitals, Sector 38, Gurgaon Reports To: Medical Director / Chief Consultant Key Responsibilities: Provide continuous medical cover to all in-patients and emergencies Monitor vitals, maintain patient charts, and coordinate care Assist consultants during rounds and procedures Ensure documentation of admissions, discharges, and clinical notes Administer emergency treatment and inform specialists when required Maintain infection control protocols and patient safety Eligibility: MBBS, BAMS/BHMS from recognized institute, with valid registration (MCI/State Medical Council) 03 years of experience preferred (freshers acceptable if trained) BLS/ACLS certified (preferred) Good communication and teamwork skills Shift: 12-hour rotation (Day/Night) 15 days night + 15 days day (with 2 hours rest allowed in night shift) Compensation: 50,000 100,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
